Description
Revelation's Glastonbury Fayre, released as a triple vinyl album, in Space Ritual-style fold-out sleeve, with lots of Barney's artwork, and three booklets/poster/cosmic dome (!!!).
"Glastonbury Fayre was held at Worthy Farm, Pilton, Somerset, from Sunday June 20th, to Thursday June 24th, (Gong appeared on Tues 22nd, Hawkwind & the Fairies on Wednesday 23rd)encompassing Midsummer's Day. It was a fair in the mediaeval tradition, embodying the legends of the area, with music, dance, poetry, theatre, lights, and the opportunity for spontaneous entertainments. There was no monetary profit-it was free."
The sleeve has very minor storage wear, but is still in very good condition. The vinyl albums are also in very good condition. The accompanying booklets are basically mint.

OUR MOTHER THE EARTH, OUR FATHER THE SKY. YOUR CHILDREN ARE WE, AND WITH TIRED BACKS WE BRING YOU THE GIFTS YOU LOVE. WEAVE FOR US A GARMENT OF BRIGHTNESS. MAY THE WARP BE THE WHITE LIGHT OF MORNING. MAY THE WEFT BE THE RED LIGHT OF EVENING. MAY THE FRINGES BE THE FALLING RAIN. MAY THE BORDER BE THE STANDING RAINBOW, THAT WE MAY WALK FITTINGLY WHERE THE BIRDS SING AND WHERE GRASS IS GREEN. OUR MOTHER THE EARTH. OUR FATHER THE SKY.
