This is the side band of Lemmy Kilmister of Motorhead, the other members are Slim Jim Phantom (Stray Cats) and Danny B. Harvey of the Rockats)
Comes with 45 in sleeve, liner note insert, inside picture sleeve inside vinyl bag, everything you see. Exactly how it was shipped to me in 2008.
