Description

Rare high school band lp from Sacramento High with prominent synthesizer funk bass lines.

Record has a killer version of Grover Washington's "Mr. Magic" complete with drum break and synthesizer bass line. Also, two modern soul originals by the band director and otherwise obscure soul / jazz musician Ike Paggett.

Record looks nearly new with only very very minimal signs of handling.
Barely a hand-full of very light marks that do not sound.

I've recorded a sample from the very album for sale.  First is the Grover Washington Cover OF WHICH I've skipped around to include the intro, synth solo and drum break, skipping ahead to two of the original "modern crossover soul" compositions by the band leader.
