ARTIST: HEART ALBUM: DREAMBOAT ANNIE LABEL: MUSHROOM (MRS-5005) VINYL: SEALED (presumed to be mint - sold as is) COVER: EX (no creasing or bends w/ only one minor wrinkle along spine on front and top seam on back - very picky, perfect top and bottom seams w/ only a few small spots of discoloration along spine - nothing significant, nice corners w/ only tiny dings to a few, shrink fully intact w/ breathe holes and no tears or missing pieces and only one minor split along opening near bottom right corner and a tiny split in shrink along spine, hype sticker affixed to shrink w/ some staining/discoloration)
