Description
Up for auction is a nice copy of the Heaven 17 album "Penthouse And Pavement" originally released in the U.K. on Virgin/B.E.F. Records (V2208) in 1981.

Note: The mastering on this pressing is superb, audiophile quality. Play-tested, the audio quality is beautiful.
Condition: The cover is in great condition with only a hint of age. Front and back are clean, no ring wear or tears. Seams are strong, no splits or cracking. Corners are sharp, one has a minor bump. Back is clean, just a hint of age and minor rub at bottom edge. Grade: Near Mint Minus (NM-).
The vinyl is in beautiful condition, retains its original high gloss shine and luster. No apparent scratches or scuffs, just a light hint that the record has been taken out of paper inner sleeves a couple times. Labels are clean, unmarked. Looks like it's been played maybe once or twice at most. This record has been in my collection for 35 years, play tested once, then archived un-played. Well-preserved. Hard to upgrade. Grade: Near Mint (NM).
