This is a very obscure, private-press compilation LP from Germany, released on the ELITE SPECIAL record-label. This compilation features 10 tracks (+ 2 intro-songs) by 5 bands. Most bands on this compilation play (rather mild) mid / up-tempo paced HardRock / Metal with an occasional melodic touch and NWOBHM (DIVINE RITE, BEAST OF PREY). Even though some band-names may suggest otherwise, ALL BANDS ON THIS LP ARE FROM GERMANY. In the 80's, there used to be quite a few bands named OVERKILL (USA, Germany), and the same goes for VENGEANCE (Holland, USA); the ones here are German.

Some Headbangers delivered by THUNDER (“Heavy Metal”) and BEAST OF PREY, whose “Death's Motorway” has a NWOBHM style riff. The tracks “Loser On The Run” and “Nightmare” have a NWOBHM influence and show certain similarities with TRESPASS

Condition of the item:

Sleeve: Very Good; front is almost smooth with a few small hairlines across. The back has a few small hairline wrinkles.

Record (optical grading): Excellent with smooth surfaces

Plays: Very Good, with just one tiny little pop on the track “Devil's Motorway”), otherwise smooth throughout.

GRADING AND PACKAGING:

I grade all records visibly and by listening to it. I try to provide as much detail as possible about the condition of the item; both sleeve and vinyl. As I have listened to each and every item I sell, I mention if there is any ticks from the moment the music sets in. Most records in general have a few little ticks in the beginning and ending grooves. I include a clear, poly plastic sleeve with all records, and all items are mailed in a cruciform, hard cardboard box with an extra stiffener for extra protection.
