Description
Here we have an ORIGINAL LP by THE HELLERS "SINGERS, TALKERS, PLAYERS, SWINGERS AND DOERS" released on COMMAND RS 934 SD in 1968 in excellent minus condition. The thick and shiny Vinyl looks and plays excellent - the cover is near mint - except for some very light discolouring on the top of back cover. Nevertheless, this is a very nice copy! Soundwise this is moog with a mix of spoken word, music, and effects with scripted skits, electronic freak-outs and strange musical interludes. The Hellers have their roots in the advertising business and started making records and used their clients as participants in skits and other zaniness. This is their only commercial release, and it's a [as decribed on back cover] venture into a "helexotic sound", superimposing wild new electronic sound effects over more established techniques.
