Description

HELLERS : Singers...Talkers...Players...Swingers...& Doers LP (ABC /Command [USA] RS 934 SD) 1968.

Record is excellent with minimal light marks only; gatefold cover is excellent with a 3" split in the middle of the bottom seam (otherwise it looks superb).

With Command "Preview '68" insert.

Nice original copy of the best-known LP by the Heller advertising agency of Hollywood, following three rare promo-only 10"s (see our other listings for a copy of Creative Freakout). This was the only Hellers release that was actually intended as a commerical release, rather than as a promotional device for their company; Consequently it's less specifically ad-oriented than the earlier releases, but it's still an enjoyable collage of electronics, spoken word, soft psych, sound effects, humor etc, in much the same spirit as the 10"s (what we've heard of them anyway). Beautiful psychedelic cover.
