This album is in MINT (M+) condition. I CAN ONLY GRADE VISUALLY, AND THEREFORE I GRADE CONSERVATIVELY! This record has been stored in a climate-controlled environment and carefully maintained. The record has been placed in a Mobile Fidelity Sound Lab Master Sleeve (non-scratching, anti-static, archival quality), and the original sleeve is, of course, included. This album comes complete with a dust cover sleeve. Photographs were taken by me and are of the actual item.
