Description

HENRY LANGE & HIS ORCHESTRA [under the pseudonym Red Russells Rhythm] - Moonlight saving time/Nevertheless (Superior 2704) --- good [VG] condition (significant visible wear and superficial scuffs and scratches but no serious defects and plays loud & clear --- the 1931 Superior label was produced by Gennett at the end of 1930 thru mid 1932 following the demise of the Gennett label --- as most isues had very low sales (and most of those sold no longer exist) this is a mythically rare label in any condition --- the Gennett ledgers indicate that only 416 copies of this record were shipped.

<p>

Please note that U.S. eBay requires that I show shipping costs as $4 and other details as from within the U.S. but all items listed in my auctions are actually located in Australia and the shipping costs shown below will apply. The $4 shipping cost inserted by eBay DOES NOT apply to this or any other listings in my auctions. Please ignore any reminders to pay which include a $4 shipping charge as these are generated automatically by eBay and NOT sent by me --- Wait for my invoice or contact me for details BEFORE sending any payment.

<p>

I can accept payments for records won ONLY and I will hold your items until you have enough to make up a more economic parcel. Shipping costs need not be paid in advance and can be paid when your parcel is ready to ship. PLEASE SEE THE SHIPPING COSTS SPECIFIED BELOW.

<p>

The shipping costs indicated below are AIRMAIL rates for one or a few records only. Larger batches of records can be combined to reduce shipping costs. Surface mail is also an option (and is slightly cheaper) but please note that sea mail is VERY slow and can take months to arrive!

<p>

The following AIRMAIL postage rates are for fragile 78 rpm discs (sent from Australia):

<p>

ASIA - US$20 for one record + US$2 for each additional record

<p>

NORTH AMERICA (U.S. & Canada) - US$26 for one record + US$3 for each additional record

<p>

EUROPE (including U.K.) - US$32 for one record + US$5 for each additional record

<p>

SOUTH AMERICA - US$36 for one record + US$5 for each additional record

<p>

Postage within anywhere AUSTRALIA is $10 for the first record + $1 for each additional record.

<p>

THE COST OF SHIPPING INCLUDES A NEW CARTON MADE TO MY SPECIFICATIONS TO BETTER PROTECT YOUR RECORD(S). I HAVE BEEN SHIPPING FRAGILE RECORDS INTERNATIONALLY FOR OVER 20 YEARS AND YOUR DISCS WILL BE PACKED CAREFULLY & PROFESSIONALLY. YOU CAN BID WITH CONFIDENCE THAT YOUR VALUABLE RECORDS WILL BE SHIPPED SAFELY.
