Olympic OLP-1201 Mono

Mysterious and beautiful collaboration between Herb Jeffries and Eden Ahbez. All of Side 1 is the moving symphonic suite, "The Legend of Nature Boy." Side 2 is a collection of Jeffries originals. Herb also performs the spoken word interludes between each track. Ultra rare and in fantastic condition!

Grading per Goldmine Standards: VG+/VG+
Strong VG+ for both cover and disc, very close to near mint. You'd have a hard time finding this strange oddity in better shape and won't be disappointed!

Note: Eden Ahbez does not actually perform on this record. The four songs that make up "The Legend of Nature Boy" were written by him, but sung by Herb Jeffries. One of the songs on the other side (Soft Spoken Stranger) was also written by Ahbez. Liner notes are extensive.
