Label: Blue/White "BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC ? NEW YORK USA" Deep Groove on Side 1 only.
Matrix: "VAN GELDER" machine stamp on both sides. "ear" mark on both sides.

Sleeve Grading: Very Good (VG)

Front/Back: 6" top 12" bottom seam split, edge & corner wear, some scuffs.

G+ GOOD PLUS = Excessive wear, may have some skips or warps and usually quite noticeable surface noise.
