HERBIE HANCOCK “My Point of View” FIRST PRESSING Blue Note 4126 Mono Vinyl

This is the First Pressing, Laminated Cover, 1963, VAN GELDER stamped pressing of HERBIE HANCOCK’s “My Point of View” on the New York” labels of Blue Note BLP 4126. Musicians include Herbie Hancock – piano, Donald Byrd – trumpet, Grachan Moncur III – trombone, Hank Mobley – tenor saxophone, Grant Green – guitar (not on tracks 2, 3 & 4), Chuck Israels – bass, Tony Williams – drums.

VINYL plays beautifully, a super clean record. Occasional pop or tick. Ensemble sections are very dynamic and clear. No Skips. No locked grooves. No distortion. Very Good gloss. Handful of non feelable hairline marks; 1¼” feelable mark on Side 1, #1.  The "New York” labels are clean. See photos.

LAMINATED cover is in excellent shape. Mint. Spine and seams very good, solid. "BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC., 43 West 61st St., New York 23" back jacket shows normal aging, clean. Please see photos.

This LP was play-tested on a high-end audio system. RECORD CLEANED ON ULTRASONIC CLEANER.
