Description
I'm reluctantly letting a load of Gong family records go to a new home, so please check my other listings for some real gems.
the amazing live album from HERE AND NOW's 1979 free tour. Recorded in London, Norwich and Liverpool.
Postage discount: £2.80 for first LP (£3.50 for double album) then add 99p for each further LP.
I think an expert would grade them as good/very good. Sleeves are intact but show signs of wear. I've listed with photos of the actual items so you get an idea of their condition. The records play well, but with some surface noise and marks in places. I'm happy to listen through whole albums to check for clicks etc and give detailed feedback if requested. Please get in touch.
If you're anywhere near Norfolk you're welcome to come and check 'em out before bidding, and collection in person is fine.

As there's so much interest in this album, I've given it a listen all the way through to offer a more detailed description. The surface noise is apparent but not intrusive, typical of a second hand album. It plays fine and sounds good throughout (and they're amazing tracks), with the exception of a repeating click during the quiet part of Surgeon's Knife (the last track on side A). The culprit is a scratch about 5mm long. It doesn't jump at all, but the click is annoying for a minute or so. I'm sorry this has been added after bids have been placed, but as bidding has got quite high I thought it best to listen through, and be as clear as possible about the record's condition. Naturally if this changes your impression of the album enough to want to retract a bid, this is fine by me, and I'm sorry these details weren't originally listed. I'd be happy to receive it in this condition as a normal second-hand album, but as the price has shot up so much, this might change bidders' expectations. Anyway, do communicate. Cheers, P
