COMMENT : One of Japanese Jazz Holy grails from legendary drummer Hideo Shiraki (mainly known outside Japan for his Sakura Sakura Lp on Saba) with Hachiro Kurita on bass (The Modern Playing Mate) Yuzuru Sera on piano, Hidehiko Matsumoto on sax (George Kawaguchi) and Nayoma Omata on trumpet. Mainly sought after for the superb ''In Fiesta'' (comped by Jazzman Gerlad on Spiritual Jazz 5), the whole album is fantastic. Just forget about the Teichiku original (it never appeared online as far as i know) this reissue is made to the highest standard possible.
