Description
This is the rare UK 1st Pressing of the album "Sea Shanties" by High Tide on the blue Liberty label catalogue number LBS 83264.
The unlamented gatefold sleeve (printed by MacNeill Press Ltd) is in great shape. There is some shelf rubbing wear to the top front edge and a few marks from storage but this is to be expected given the very light colour and no lamination and its 43 year age. There are no splits to the seams and no creasing to the sleeve. The spine is strong and in fantastic shape. The inside of the gatefold sleeve maintains bright colours and is unblemished. The labels on both sides display only one or two light spindle marks indicating extremely limited use of the record. The vinyl on both sides is in great condition and has a just pressed high sheen and is in VERY NEAR MINT condition.
Matrix numbers on side one are: LBS 83264 A//1 and side two matrix numbers are: LBS 83264 B//1, indicating the earliest pressing available. The poly lined inner is in EX+++ condition having no rips, tears or splits.
