HMV ASD 307-310 ANDRE CLUYTENS FAUST COMPLETE OPERA 4LP BOX SET GOLD STEREO 1ST!
Note: All records are professionally cleaned prior to grading on an Okki Nokki RCM using L’Art Du Son cleaning fluid. This does not restore a record to brand new, but rather removes the majority of dust and dirt to leave a record (and it’s audio) as clean as possible.

Sleeve
The sleeve appears to be in VG- condition with some staining, edge wear and general shelf and usage wear from over the years.
Vinyl
Visually the records appear overall to be in EX- condition with some scuffs, the odd scratch (on the VG+ sides) and a few very light sleeve marks under a bright light. I have listened to sections of the records and I can confirm it sounds very good with some light background noise and the odd/pop tick caused by the scuffs/scratches when played at a decent volume.

SIDE 8 - EX+
MINT (M): The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
The use of + or - allows for items that fall between the above grades.
Play Testing
Unfortunately as this is not my full time job, I am only able to visually grade records.
Audio quality may vary based on your Hi-Fi system.
