Holderlin’s Traum-
This is an original German 1st pressing on the mighty PILZ Label PILZ/BASF 20 21314-5 from 1972 of one of the best Acid psych Folk albums to come out of Germany (and one of the best in Europe by a matter of fact!). Debut album by Hoelderlin. Absolute gorgeous interplay of male / female vocals in a sea of various instruments that include Mellotron, Grand piano, violin, cello, sitar, tablas, flute and acoustic guitars. Essential listening for all Current 93 and Simon Finn followers as well as krautrock Jazz-rock and psych folk fans. The gorgous full laminated gatefold cover is a very clean EX+ and Vinyl is also a clean EX++ (would grade Mint- if not for very light hairlines seen under strong light). Label has small name scribbled on both sides, not too disturbing though. This is a much better copy than the last one i sold here on ebay 2 months ago for 135$. I will start this just like last time with 1 CENT starting bid & No reserve!
