Matrix XEX 659-1 on Side 1, XEX 659-2 on Side 2 which is only on 1st press
Raised K T tax code (only on 1st press) also on Side 2 label, amazingly rare MONO copy
UK issue (differs from US) - with original EMI inner sleeve which is also in excellent condition, complete,unmarked with no torn parts at all !
Graham Nash's last Hollies album in the 1960's, with self-penned songs, considered a classic album as the decade moved into psych. This is the rare MONO earliest UK and has been played only a few times, and carefully stored since 1967, very difficult to find vinyl and cover in such good condition. Would suit collecter to keep as an archive copy. The album was issued in 1967
The Garrod and Lofthouse laminated outer sleeve is unmarked, no tears or crease lines, with the laminate in great condition, tiny ringwear marks towards top and as would be expected on a 43-year-old item, a small amount of sign of ageing (browning) on a 1cm tiny band where the album is inserted, but I would grade this cover as excellent.
The vinyl itself is visually superb, with only the tiniest and finest of lines barely visible and plays without jumps, scratches and just the amount of surface noise that any mono album of this age would be expected to have - a joy to listen to.
The inner labels are clear, clean, unmarked and visually superb, and I would grade both as excellent.
