Description
"Butterfly"....
Time for a few 60's Hollies LP's..All clean players!.
A minor classic at the pop end of the psychedelic genre..
This is the harder to find Stereo version...Issued on Parlophone in November 1967....PCS 7039....UK pressing in a front laminated Garrod And Lofthouse sleeve...The mothers and stampers are 1O/1O so it's an early copy from the pressing plant...The KT tax code is still clearly visible on the B side label....
The record looks superb!..It's clean and undamaged with no scratches or scuffs and it still has a great sheen as well!!...Strong light reveals a few hairlines but if the naked eye can't see them do they matter!?.
As with all my records,I play them all the way through with a Shure cart tracking at 2G...You need to know exactly what you are getting and I am not going to guess how it sounds by a quick glance!...
This plays as good as it looks!...No clicks, pops or crackle..It doesn't stick or jump...It's not dished and has no edge warps...Fantastic sound quality as well!.
The labels are undamaged and all the text is clearly legible...There are NO spindle trails....I would suggest that this has only had two plays (if that!)....
The sleeve has quite a few minor defects, too many to warrant better than a VG grade...The top front right corner has had a bump which causes slight creasing and laminate lift....The opening edges have slight wear...The back has some age spotting and ageing to the card...There is also a discreet price (90p!) on the back top right...There are no real major defects,it's just showing it's age a bit!..
£10.00 to start or take it away now for £45.00!.
Any questions,just ask!!..
