Description
HONEYBUS “Delighted to See You” RARE UK DERAM 7”, pop psych freakbeat
The Honeybus – Delighted to See You 7” (orig. UK Deram MONO DM 131)
UK Release date: 30 June 1967.
On offer here is a VERY RARE original UK issue of the debut 7” single by London band THE HONEYBUS. The A-side is a charmingly infectious pop psych gem, while the flipside “The Breaking Up Scene” is a freakbeat track with an incredible fuzzy guitar lead courtesy of RUSS BALLARD (THE ROULETTES, UNIT 4+2). Both tracks were recorded by the earliest HONEYBUS line-up before COLIN HARE and PETER KIRCHER had joined their ranks.
