total killer from the man as sweet as candy...10 mighty tunes on this booooomshot album...all riddims laid by the Roots Radics featuring bassman Errol Flabba Holt at Channel One and Harry J, was voiced at Variety Sound, N. Y., and King Tubbys, Kingston, JA, mixed at Harry J's by Sylvan Morris & Tad A. Dawkins...this was the second release after the initial press on Tad's from N.Y...one of the best vocal albums for sure...mid- to late-70s miracle tunes...including two cuts to Lloyd Robinson's "Cuss Cuss" (one - "Babylon System" - is a slower re-work, booooom!!!), "Money Money", "Cherry Oh Baby", "Shank-I-Sheck", "Strictly Rub A Dub", "Chant Rastaman Chant", "Jah Love Light" nd "Ain't No Sunshine"...scroll down to get an impression of these mighty tunes..."THIS ALBUM IS DEDICATED TO ALL DANCE HALLS & SOUND SYSTEMS" as the sleeve suggests...don't miss!!!!

WAX condition: ex / ex, both sides show hardly any surface wear, plays great with full punch as it should be!

LABEL condition: A-side perfect / B-side perfect - watch the scan, please!

SLEEVE condition: ex-, just some very light general wear, top condition

Something 'bout Sound + Vision: We shouldn't rely on visual appearance alone - therefore these records are graded after their visual appearance and their sound quality! I personally prefer a record with crackling but strong sound + punch to one playing clean but with surface noise from the pressing (as we find with re-pressed discs - too - often). Grading records is a very subjective thing but I try hard to be objective as a human being can be (yes indeed, this seller is a human being).

And that’s my Vinyl Grading Scale:

EX (= really great - EX means "excellent", really...)

VG (= nice, if you don't have an excellent one - by the way: VG means "very good"...)

G (= playable, but you might find a better one - G means "good", but this term may be a bit euphemistic to reggae-vinyl-novices. Be realistic: a record graded G doesn't jump nor stick, but that's the best I can say about it...)

P (= just a collection-filler for the hard-edged + hardest-boiled collectors + selectors + all the rudegals out there - P stands for "poor", yunno...)
