Description

Please read my description carefully before bidding.  I will ship the item worldwide and will accept free return if it doesn't match the listing description.

This one is an original mono and deep-grooved pressing of Horace Silver's 6 PIECES OF SILVER.  Blue Note Records BLP-1539.  This is an original 1956 issue from Blue Note Records, not a reissue version of Classic Records or Analog Production.  Recorded by Rudy Van Gelder with "RVG" and "EAR" etched on the dead wax of both sides. No "R" and no "INC" on both sides.  Address on labels: "BLUE NOTE RECORDS 767 LEXINGTON AVE NYC".

Artists include: Herbie Nichols (piano), Donald Byrd (trumpet), Hank Mobley (tenor saxophone), Doug Watkins (bass), Louis Hayes (drums).

The vinyl plays VG+ on Side 1 and NM- on Side 2.  Vinyl is bright and glossy.

The cover is NM- due to around 2 inches split on the upper right corner.  Otherwise, O.K.  The spine is intact.

The record is play graded. I attempt to grade conservatively, listing all significant flaws.

My grading is as follows: M (perfectly like new), NM, NM-/VG++, VG+, VG, VG-, G, G-. You will be satisfied.  And I will accept a free return.  Please bid with confidence.

Shipping:

The record will ship worldwide from Bangkok, Thailand, via registered air parcel post.  I will use a professional packing service to pack them secure for a long journey.

Shipping to the Americas and Europe: 20 USD.  To Asia and Australia: 15 USD.
