HORACE SILVER & Jazz Messengers mono LP Blue Note 1518 NY deep groove RVG ear VG+/VG+ FLAT EDGE

 

Early 1960s deep groove pressing of 1954 and 1955 recordings. It has RVG and the "ear" in the runoff groove.

COVER: VG+. Wear along top and bottom edges. Seam also split along spine. Scotch tape along spine and top and bottom seam of cover. Wear on rear cover where LP outline occurs.

LABELS: 47 WEST 63RD STREET ON BOTH SIDES.

VINYL: BNLP 1518-A/B RVG ETCHED INTO BOTH SIDES. EAR. 9M ETCHED IN BOTH SIDES.

SIDE 1: VG+

A 2 INCH SCRATCH BETWEEN BANDS 3 AND 4. There are also 2 2 inch scratches in bands 1 and 2 as well as 12 very light scratches in bands 1 and 2. This side is scratched up.

SIDE 2: VG+

THERE ARE 3 ¾ INCH SCRATCHES IN BAND 4. There are 5 or 6 superficial scratches in band 3. There are about 8 nail marks in band 1 and 6-10 light scuffs in band 1.
