Side 1/Side 2: Strong VG: Some faint surface scuffs & scratches, one lightly feelable scratch on Track 1 Side 2, some minor surface noise or crackle in parts, still pretty clean, plays well. 
Label: Blue/White "BLUE NOTE RECORDS • 47 WEST 63rd ? NYC" Deep Groove on both sides.
Matrix: "RVG" stamp on both sides.
"ear" mark on both sides.

Sleeve Grading: Very Good (VG)

Front/Back: Laminated cover, 7" top right 4" bottom middle seam split, light edge wear, old tape marks on edges, stamp on back, some scuffs & stain.
