HYKSOS RECORDS USA PRIVATE PRESS
Hyksos was a short-lived heavy metal band from Los Angeles, CA, featuring vocalist Mark Bradley, guitarists Art Gonzales and Tony Gonzales, bassist Berry Benjamin, and drummer Clay Guinaldo, whose only claim to fame was having their song, "The Kings," appear on the legendary Metal Massacre, Vol. 2 compilation. Together since 1981, the group stuck around long enough to record an eponymous, independent album in 1982, but disbanded shortly thereafter, rarely to be heard of again.
Record sounds bright and powerfull, this album is a rare gem and also remarkable is the cover artwork design by Rick Martinez.
