Description
Released in 1966 on Capitol Records (TAO-2574) as the drug culture really took off
with the purpose of educating the listener in the dangers of experimenting with
lysergic acid diethylamide - (LSD).
Side One: The Scene
Side Two: The Trip
A documentary styled recording that has input from various
experts and doctors discussing the pros and cons of the drug.
Input can be heard from the usual suspects including Allen Ginsberg,
Sidney Cohen and everyone’s favorite son Dr. Timothy Leary.
Side 2 features an individual experiencing an actual “bad trip”.
The overall condition of this copy is good.
When we opened the gatefold we found the original shrink wrap with the orig.HYPE STICKER.
The vinyl is clean and scratch free. NM-
The gatefold cover has some wear but remains sturdy.
Minor paper loss on edges of the jacket cover.
One record sleeve there is a 3" split in edge.
There is some normal shelf with slight discoloration.
All records are sight graded. Non-played.
