Description
Here I am selling the very first, and at one time, only issue of John Carpenter’s classic horror film Halloween (1978). The original soundtrack was initially released in Japan in August of 1979 in limited quantities, and later issued in the US in 1983. This Japanese pressing features some dialogue from the movie.
The album comes with the inner fold out, in excellent shape with no corner bends, creases, or tears. The album unfortunately doesn’t include the OBI strip (most OBI’s were tossed out, making them hard to find, especially on a rare vinyl pressing). The jacket has minor corner wear but nothing substantial. The disc itself is probably one of the cleanest flattest discs I have ever encountered. The vinyl is shiny, clean, and scratch free (I even glanced at it under direct sunlight).
Overall, knowing that it is especially difficult to come across one of these records, moreover a good condition copy, I’m hoping it can go to a good person who can invest in it!
