Hammerhead - Evil Twin 10” 1993 yellow vinyl on AmRep

Label/Cat#/Year: Amphetamine Reptile Records/AMREP 024/1993
Vinyl grade: VG+ Record has a couple small marks on side A and a couple spindle marks. Cleaned on a VPI machine. Jacket grade: VG+ Jacket has a small area of peeled gloss from a price tag.
Other relevant information: yellow vinyl.
