Condition of vinyl: is good to excellent
The reason I have not said excellent is because the vinyl has a small flaw infact 3 tiny raised bumps accorss the 1st & 2nd track on the b side where maybe a piece of the label was pressed into the wax.
also has some surface marks but nothing heavy
Condition of cover: is good
with some edge wear and tear and some damp stains on cover

100% Original Copy with Van Gelder Stamp in run out groove
Blue and white label with "Blue Note Records Inc New York USA".
Back cover reads "43 West 61st St.,New York 23".
All records are mailed in strong card envelopes with an inner card stiffener
