Fabulous session from the 50's with Donald Byrd, the underrecorded John Jenkins,Bobby Timmons,Wilbur Ware,and Philly Joe Jones. Great playing. The cover has some mild discoloration you can see in the photos and a record company stamp on the rear. The seams are good.Includes the original Blue Note inner sleeve. The record labels show no spindle marks. This has 'RVG' and the 'Ear' in the trail off grooves.47 West 63rd NYC address. Listen to my soundfile from this record to get an idea of the sound quality. We have finally decided to sell our massive record collection built up over fifty years. The bulk of this collection consists of classic jazz, rock and roll, rhythm and blues, and bits of classical and classic country. You will find that, by and large, the records are in superb condition. They were well taken care of. All have been cleaned on the VPI. Due to the size of the collection, some of the records are still sealed, but most are open and are in very nice condition.
