Description

In 1946, Hank Williams travelled to Nashville to meet with Fred Rose, one of the heads of Acuff-Rose Publishing.  Rose liked Williams' songs and asked him to record two sessions for Sterling Records, which resulted in two singles.  Both of the singles "Honky Tonkin" and "Never Again", were both successful and Williams signed a contract with MGM Records in 1947.  Rose became Williams manager and record producer.

This is an excellent example of the "Never Again" single with "Calling You" on the reverse side.  The record has only minor scuffs and has smooth edges with no chips or breaks.  I have just played both sides and there are no skips.
