I would grade this conservatively as VG or possibly even VG+. It has no scratches or real wear. Does not seem to be from a jukebox and plays very nicely. Very slight wear damage around the hole. slight crease on one side of label, probably from original application. Label is very clean and crisp, not faded. A few minor scuffs but not much. Record still has some of the luster to it.

This is bargain priced. Check Popsike or other sites. These Sterling label Hank records seem to go for $400 - $500 pretty consistently.
