Description
Up for auction ending SUNDAY JULY 10, is a very nice copy of Brahms' "Variations on a Theme of Haydn, Op. 56a", "Academic Festival Overture, Op. 80" and "Tragic Overture, Op. 81" performed by Hans Knappertsbusch and the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra; recorded on the London label in stereo, CS6030. This is a U.S. pressing, and has a blue back cover. The trail-off matrices are ZAL-3709-2K and ZAL-3710-1K. Comes with original London "FFSS" inner sleeve.
CONDITION: I generally adhere to the Goldmine grading standards shown in the Goldmine website under record grading 101. That being said, I will give a very detailed report as well. COVER: VG+...minor wear, minor creasing along spine. NO SEAM SPLITS! VINYL: VG+...light surface scuffs.
This is a BEAUTIFUL, clean, EARLY copy of this record! Any audiophile would love to have this as part of his or her collection!! If you are the winning bidder, please specify any preferences as to packing the record (in the jacket, out of the jacket, etc).
