Bolex Dementia LP UK 1973 
Purple Label TPSA 7507 A-2U and B-3U
G/fold sleeve
Vinyl: VG+:  Vinyl looks clean and shiny.  When tilted under a strong light a number of non feelable hairlines are visible.   I have played the whole LP on my Rega P6 and the audio was excellent; no issues noticed.
Sleeve: F: Gatefold sleeve.  Some edge wear and price sticker damage.  However, the rear sleeve is torn from opening to spine. See pics.
