Description

With, possibly, the most stunning musicianship ever associated with the Canterbury scene, Hatfield and the North's second LP features, as with their (also listed here by me) eponymous debut, Dave Stewart on keyboards, Phil Miller on guitar, Richard Sinclair on bass and vocals, Pip Pyle on drums and the 'Northettes' with their 'la la' backing vocals). The participants show an admirable sense of restraint and, like their Canterbury peers, are careful to avoid the pomposity and bombast of better-known prog rockers of the era. This is how Allmusic describe this epic Canterbury album. My copy may not be a UK Virgin first pressing, but is an Excellent Virgin Italy print of this hard-to-find-i-any-condition LP

Having downsized our home, I am selling off my collection of vinyl to save space. Pains me to do it, but the time has come!

All that I am listing is from my personal collection and has been lovingly cared for. Most of my records were transferred to tape to prevent vinyl wear as can be seen from the photos accompanying each lot.

I have tried to be rigidly honest in my grading (as per RC Rare Record Price Guide), so you can buy with confidence. All records will be shipped in reinforced card containers with strengtheners where required.
