Description

Extremely rare 1977 West German version of the Hawkwind album Quark, Strangeness and Charm on the Charisma label, catalogue number - 912 4 012).

The album comes with the very rare original set of 6 colour slides taken at a Hawkwind Atomhenge gig.

The whole set is in immaculate condition - vinyl, inserts, cover and slides.

Vinyl - Condition is near mint.  The album appears to be unplayed - I certainly have never played it. There are no surface scratches or marks that I can see and the sheen of the vinyl is still bright.

Cover - The cover is in really excellent condition. No rips, tears, creases or marks only some extremely small signs of wear along the opening. There is a sticker on the middle right hand front side as can be observed from the picture - this says "This Album Includes 6 Colour Slides From Hawkwind's Stage Show".

Inserts - The single page lyric sheet insert with message on the other side is in mint condition with no sign of any wearing or damage. The white sleeve containing the LP itself is in excellent condition also.

Slides - The slides are in impeccable condition and still contained within their original plastic sleeve.

This is a very rare Hawkwind artefact which I don't think will ever be offered in such fantastic condition in the future. It is a great example of a 70's Hawkwind product - the whole audio visual thing.
