Description
On offer here is a copy of The Buskers, an album of songs from various street buskers who performed around the West End of London in the mid to late 60's. it was released on the Columbia label in 1969, catalogue number SCX 6356.
The two main artists are Don Partridge, and Dave Brock, who of course later in 1969 formed Hawkwind, and this is a very rare album which sold in tiny amounts before sinking forever.
Dave Brock sings one song, Bring It On Home (by Willie Dixon)
The single front laminated (and rear unlaminated) cover is in Excellent Plus condition, with just a tiny tear in the opening for the album near to the bottom , but this is very difficult to see (see photo)
The vinyl retains a glossy shine to both sides and probably has had one play, due to a tiny wispy spindle mark on one side of the label, rated as Near Mint.
This also comes with the original EMI inner (sorry forgot to take a picture) which advertises other releases such as Pink Floyd, Cilla Black , Scaffold and The Beatles!
This is in near Mint condition as well.
This is a rare album amd one which is never seen, especially in this fantastic condition.
The record will be sent outside of it's cover sandwiched between two 12" cardboard stiffeners in a record mailer made by Covers 33. It will be sent within 5 days of receiving payment, by PayPal only please and this is only open to UK bidders, thanks.
Generous postage discounts will be given for multiple purchases, please see my other listings.
