Description
This item is the 1978 LP release by Hawkwind founding member Nik Turner's Sphynx entitled Xitintoday. The record contains the following tracks: The Awakening (Life On Venus), The Pyramid Spell, The Hall Of Double Truth, Anubis, Thoth, Horus, Isis and Nephthys, Osiris, and God Rock (The Awakening). Condition: the album sleeve has one slightly crunched corner, and some VERY minor "wrippling" from the shrink wrap (this did not affect the record whatsoever) and is otherwise perfect, with no creases, seam splits, writing, or other damage whatsoever. The record has some light markings on it (mostly from sliding it in and out of the inner sleeve) that may at worst tick slightly, and is otherwise spotless, with no scratches, scuff marks, or any other signs of dirt or use at all. A 16-page lyric booklet is also included. The issue number of this item is UK Charisma CDS 4011. Minimum bid is $5.00, with no reserve!
This listing is part of a collection of close to 50 records I will be posting over the next 2 weeks or so. The collection is some of the most obscure late 60's to mid 70's progressive/psych/jazz fusion/international material available. These first listings are the MOST recognisable examples of the collection, which will also include records by Quintessence, Third Ear Band, Nik Turner, Bengt Berger, Popol Vuh, Daniel Ponce, Ali Akbar Khan, and much more. If these are among your interests, please bookmark my listings!
