Description

Hawkwind Silver Machine Singapore Picture Sleeve 45rpm. Condition is "Used". Dispatched with Royal Mail 2nd Class. This is an interesting issue.Record has never been played, labels and sleeve are excellent. After sitting in a Singapore warehouse and my home for over 40years the item is classified as 'used'. The label clearly showing 'Made In USA'. However, Chiang Huat Company were the bona-fide agents for United Artists in Singapore at this time and will have pressed the release. The sleeve clearly shows SSL for Sin Sin Lithography, a Singapore Company who produced the sleeve and probably the labels.  They don't come better than this, a unique item with matrix numbers different from both the UK and USA releases.  Seller is known for his integrity by those who bought stuff via Record Collector in the 1980s and1990s and recently on eBay.
