Description

Box set of  Haydn " Symphonies, No 93 - 104. " Saloman Symphonies  including  Surprise, Military, Miracle, Clock, Drum Roll and London symphonies. Recorded between 1958 and 1960 on the EMI/HMV label with Sir Thomas Beecham conducting the Royal Philarmonic Orchestra, There are seven vinyl LPs (BOX 84601 - 7)
including a set of rehearsal sequences for symphonies 100, 101 and 104 and a rehearsal of Mozart's "  Abduction from the Seraglio. " There is also a large booklet containing 8 pages of detailed notes by Leonard Duck. The set appears to have been hardly used or played although there are three/four light scratches on  two of the the LPs. The outer box is in very good condition; the sleeves are undamaged.
