Haydn Symphony 94 Brahms Furtwangler UK HMV ALP 1011
The Vienna Philharmonic conducted by Wilhelm Furtwangler performs Haydn’s “Symphony No 94”, and the “Haydn Variations” by Brahms. An English mono pressing on the HMV Label (ALP 1011), the labels are red with gold lettering, large fan shaped dog and a groove. The record has some light surface scuffs and marks is of very good appearance and it plays and sound very well with low-level surface noise. The gatefold cover has rubbed a little with other minor wear.
