Signed by Hazel O'Connor with a message ("Best Wishes Love from Haz X"). 

7" inch vinyl 45 rpm Single in a matte paper picture sleeve.

This was a Prize from the March 19th - April 1st, 1981 issue of Smash Hits (Volume 3, Number 6) which contained a competition to win a signed Hazel O'Connor single.

CONDITION - The vinyl remains in near mint condition (lightly played). The matte paper sleeve remains in overall excellent condition - Signed / Autogrphed sleeve ("Best Wishes Love from Haz X") in fine black pen ink with a light mark over one "N" in top right corner (always been there) - no dings, splits or ring wear to the sleeve. Stored away vertically for decades in a PVC sleeve (included).
