CONDITION
Unless identified as *Blemished*, our items are brand new , unused, unopened, undamaged items in their original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail stores, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag. See listing description for full details.

BLEMISHED
What is BLEMISHED? Our product codes ending in "-1(S)" or "-2(S)" are blemished. These products are new and unused with superficial blemishes that may include, blisters in the finish, scratches, dents, stains, discoloration, rust or pitting on metals, imperfect glazes, non-structural repairs such as putty in nail holes, or other surface marks. A "-1(S)" product has minor blemishes and a "-2(S)" product has moderate blemishes and/or minor repairs. The irregularity does not affect the playability or sound quality of the instrument. Product codes ending in "-3(S)" and "-4(S)" are also new and unused, but came to us needing repairs. If it's a "-3(S)," the product has been repaired, but if it's a "-4(S)," it will still require significant repairs when received by the customer. Our product codes ending in "PROP" are unable to be played and are for display purposes only. Please note: For safety during shipping, we don't tune our instruments before sending to customers.

SHIPPING
Free shipping within continental USA. If shipping outside of the continental United States [ie: Hawaii, Alaska] there will be a surcharge that will be quoted at the time of shipment. Please contact us before purchasing for a quote.

RETURNS
The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is damaged or defective, plus a 10% restocking fee. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise and would like to return it you can do so within 7 days of purchase.

DAMAGE
We take so much care in packing and shipping your purchase, merchandise is rarely damaged in transit, but it can happen despite all precautions. Inspect your purchase carefully upon arrival, starting with the outside of the box when it is. Any “DAMAGE” to the outside of the box or to the product itself must be recorded on the Bill of Lading prior to signing for the delivery document. Do not refuse the merchandise, we will help set up with the carrier returning it at no charge to you. If refused a 20% re-stocking fee and shipping charges will apply.

We reserve our right to repair or issue a replacement [within a responsible time frame] if the item is back ordered/we cannot find a replacement we will issue a refund.

REFUNDS
After we receive merchandise and process your return, please allow one billing cycle for any refund to appear on your credit card statement. We can only offer refunds on shipping and handling when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged. Clearance items are not eligible for exchange or refunds at any time.
