Guitar Red – “Just You and I” b/w “Old Fashioned Love” (Checker 988). This summer of 1961 release is a classic Mod R&B / Soul sound. Paul (Guitar Red) Johnson was a lifelong Chicago resident who began his recording career in 1960 and has spent most of his life performing since then (both at blues joints and supper clubs). Record is in strong VG+ condition (has “X” on one label). Postage will be paid by purchaser.
