The sound is bombastic and the conducting superb on this album.
Bear in mind the visual rating is immaterial since we are listening to it as we write this, so please do not purchase this album and then ask to return it because you do not like the visual surface.
We can accept someone not agreeing with how it sounds to us, but do not prejudge it based on how it "looks".
We have had a multitude of albums that were visually nearly perfect, but the sound was poor and a multitude of albums where the visual was poor and the sound was excellent. this is especially true of the older records that were pressed on a much heavier vinyl.
