Description
Helen Merrill's self-titled release from 1955 on the Emarcy label. This is an original pressing which is distinguishable by the blue ink back cover.
Vinyl and cover condition as follows using the Goldmine Grading system:
Vinyl: G+ Record plays through without skipping on both sides. There is heavy wear on the play surface and both labels. Side A has needle marks, scuffing, and other light marks. Plays with surface noise but without much distortion. Side B has hairlines and a couple of small 1 mm sized marks on the last track which causes ticking on each pass. Still an enjoyable copy.
Cover: G+ Heavy seam wear and splitting on the top and bottom from . It has been taped with 3 vertical pieces top and bottom. Laminate on front cover has held up nicely. Decent spine where most of the lettering is legible. Back cover is dirty, but all of the text is legible. See photos.
