Helio Matheus- Selftitled 1975 LP Orig Brazil 1st press!
Sleeve is VG with edge wear and creases. Right side of the sleeve has been exposed to brazilian mice (Chipped parts more so on the back panel). Record looks visually fantastic (Really like NM) but the beginning of each side, at least coverig the first track of each side, has a background noise that is noticeable. This noise is in the background (The type of noise often compared to frying eggs) but receeds as the song progresses and then eventually dissapears. In my opinion this could be an issue common with this record because of the pressing. Overall i'd say it's a decent VG to VG+
With arrangements by Oberdan "Black River" Magalhães, Zé Rodrix and Chiquinho de Moraes with participation of Azymuth as a support band withg a total of 128 musicians involved int he recording, this is one of the best surprises from Brazil, ranging from intricate melodies to damm cool funky lines typical of this mid-70's Brazilian period. Recommended!
