Help! by the Beatles.
Selling my personal copy due to a recent upgrade.
These are very difficult to find in decent shape because they were hugely outnumbered & outsold by their mono counterparts due to the expense of stereo pressing technology.

Firstly, the record:
Visually both labels show some forgivable spindle wear. Side A is slightly let down by a long surface mark but side B looks pretty great. Can send more pictures on request.
I've had it professionally cleaned so it's nice & shiny & this has also optimised playback.
Happily the mark doesn't affect playback. It sounds upfront & punchy with quiet run ins & really to my ear no significant deterioration in sound - no skips or jumps.
Secondly, the sleeve:
G & L flipback version.
Clean & unmarked. It's lost a little of the flipback & I've made a couple of small patch jobs with acid free archive tape including the spine. I think it generally looks pretty tidy but the text on the spine has been lost to the sands of time.
It comes with a clean emitex inner.
Further notes:
KT tax code on side B.

Not a museum piece but a genuine rarity in decent shape which has sat fairly pretty in my collection for a couple of years - now is the time to move it along.
