This is an auction for a second hand, good condition Jimi Hendrix LP - Axis: Bold as Love.

Identification number 612003 in Mono, 1967.

This item has been re-listed due to non-sale in the last auction.  I have lowered the reserve price.  Please remember if you don't bid you have no chance of winning, so place a bid rather than just watching, you will be notified by e-bay if you are out-bid and can then decide if you want to bid again.  Once the reserve price is met, the LP will sell to the highest bidder.

This is an excellent additon to any Jimi Hendrix fan's record collection and would make a fantastic Christmas present for someone.

The vinyl is in very good condition, there are a few surface marks.

The gatefold flipback sleeve is also in good condition. 

This comes complete with the orginal orange gatefold lyric insert (see photos) and the white vinyl sleeve.

have checked the condition of this album against the Record Collectors Grading system and rate it as Very Good condition which is described as;

'The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.'

I do not own a record player myself so I am unable to play the record and check the sound quality is as above, however, I know this record has been well looked after, the vinyl is shiny, hasn't dulled at all and I am confident that the above description of the sound quality will apply to this album.

On this basis, I will offer a full refund (minus postage costs) to the winning bidder if you find that the sound quality is not as described in the record collector grading scale mentioned above.  You must play the album upon receipt and notify me within 2 days that you are unhappy with the sound quality and are returning the album.  This refund offer only applies to the sound quality, as you can see the physical quality of the vinyl and sleeve from the pictures on this listing.

I offer a choice of 1st Class Post, 1st Class Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery Next Day for dispatch of your item(s).  Please select your preferred method of dispatch when paying for your item(s).  If you choose 1st Class Post I will obtain proof of postage but cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged packages as this is an uninsured service.  Recorded and Special Deliveries both require a signature upon delivery, if you are not in a card will be left for you to collect from the Post Office, if you do not collect and the item is returned to me, you will need to re-pay the postage costs to enable me to re-send your items.  Recorded Delivery post is automatically insured up to the value of £28 for lost or damaged items and Special Delivery is automatically insured up to £500.

The Post Office aim to deliver 1st Class and 1st Class Recorded items the next working day, but please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.  Special Delivery Next Day is guaranteed next working day delivery so may be best suited to you if you are in a hurry for your items.  If you do not receive your delivery after 5 working days, please feel free to contact me.  For Recorded and Special Deliveries a tracking number is issued and your items can be located using Royal Mails' website.

Please bear in mind that many items I list in my shop are heavy bottles and also require good packaging to ensure safe delivery to you.  I try to keep the postage costs as low as possible for you.  All items are packaged in either brand new packaging items from the Post Office or, in the case of large items/multiple buys, in sturdy cardboard boxes.

All items are checked carefully as they are packaged for dispatch to you.  Refunds or replacements (where available) will only be given where an item has been damaged in transit.  Please report all damaged items within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.  I will always do my best to resolve any issues you have with your purchase, please e-mail me to give me the chance to do this for you.
